vedam movie review

vedam

Vedam is produced by and for Arka Entertainment(Devineni Prasad and Shobu Yarlagadda). ‘Vedam’ is a complex cocktail of five different interwoven stories. The film has the one of the most brilliant crews on work. The multi starrer cast includes, Allu Arjun, Manoj, VJ turned actress Lekha Washington, Deeksha Seth, Manoj Bajpai, Anushka Shetty and Nagayya. This telugu action-drama film is directed by Radhakrishna Jagarlamudi.

The visual of the movie is breathtaking and compliments the other with technical perfection. The all five stories with in the movies are well spun each other for a good common climax. This is a new kind of experiment in Indian cinema and they have succeeded to a great extend in that.

All the 5 parts are written with the same sort of passion and honesty. Each story gets its own importance. Allu Arjun as cable Raju is the most gripping and entertaining part. Quality of the writing is seen in every part of the movie. The music of Vedam has been composed by M M Keeravani and penned by Sirivennela Seetarama Sastry, Sahiti, E S Murthy and Keeravani.

In Vedam every one delivers their best. The cameos by Bhramanandam and Krish himself were well written too.  Vedam is the first multistarrer of modern Telugu cinema. ‘Vedham’ will start a new cult of film making, from the response it is receiving now.

Vedam is a must-watch for its story, screenplay, direction and technicalities. It offers a hope to the audience interested in good and sensible cinema that such a film can be made in Telugu. Kudos to producers Prasad Devineni and Shobu Yarlagadda for backing such a project.
